Dr. Timothy D. Lucas Sr. is a faith-based educator, author, and program leader dedicated to helping churches build inclusive ministries for autistic adults. As the creator of Inclusive Fellowship: Ministry for Autistic Adults, Dr. Lucas combines biblical insight with practical strategies to help congregations foster belonging, accessibility, and understanding. His passion is equipping leaders to see neurodiversity as a reflection of God’s creativity and to transform their ministries into spaces where every person is valued, accepted, and empowered to thrive.
My Story
My passion for this work comes from witnessing how many adults on the autism spectrum struggle to find true belonging within the church. I believe God calls us to see every person through the eyes of compassion and possibility. Inclusive Fellowship was born from that conviction—to help churches move from awareness to action, creating spaces where all of God’s people can worship, serve, and grow together in faith.
